The IPEC also has appropriate physical space for simulation activities to support its mission and vision. The facilities include multiple simulation rooms designed to replicate clinical environments. The Manager's Office is equipped with global paging, TV, PCs, and a printer, serving as the administrative hub for simulation activities. The Waiting Room & Entrance is a hospital-like waiting area featuring a TV, welcome desk, hydration station, and couches to create a realistic patient intake environment. The Pharmacy is a simulated pharmacy equipped with PCs, a compounding hood, a pill packing machine, and mock pharmaceuticals for pharmacy-related training. Pre-Brief/De-Brief Rooms are designated for pre-briefing and debriefing sessions, equipped with TVs and PCs to facilitate discussion and learning before and after simulations. The Scrub Sink/Drying Area is a designated area for simulating proper handwashing and scrubbing techniques, essential for infection control training.

The Exam Room Apartment is a simulated apartment setting used for EMS Paramedics Program to practice in-home patient care scenarios. The Med Surge Patient Care/Examination Room is equipped with a hospital bed, IV pole, and other medical equipment, simulating a medical-surgical environment. The Labor and Delivery Room is designed for birthing and obstetrics simulations, providing realistic scenarios for labor and delivery training. The Pediatric Patient Care/Examination Room is equipped with a pediatric crib for pediatric care simulations.

The ICU is an intensive care unit simulation room equipped for critical care training. The Emergency Room is equipped with a stretcher for emergency care training. The Physical Therapy Room is designed for physical therapy-related simulations. The Neuro Examination Room is dedicated to neurological examinations and simulations. Standard Patient Care/Examination Rooms are available for a variety of patient care simulations. Control Rooms are equipped with PCs, paging systems, and other control equipment to manage and monitor simulation activities. Multi-Bed Examination Rooms are larger rooms with multiple beds and simulation equipment for conducting large-scale simulations. The Nursing Skills Lab is specifically designed for nursing skills and task training.

The center's space is allocated based on training needs, with priority given to programs with the highest impact on learner outcomes and patient safety. This ensures that the most critical training sessions receive the necessary resources and support, aligning with the IPEC's commitment to providing high-quality simulation-based education.
